Book Presentation "To Catch a Dictator" by 泭Reed Brody
The Academy on Human Rights and Humanitarian Law was delighted to host Reed Brody on February, 28 2023 for a discussion about his recently published book To Catch a Dictator. Reed gave students, academics, attorneys and human rights advocates a deeper appreciation of the massive effort that it took to bring Hiss癡ne Habr矇, the former dictator of Chad, to justice while acknowledging the central role that Habr矇s victims played in his eventual prosecution. We are incredibly grateful to have hosted Reed and are sure that his book will serve as a source of inspiration and roadmap for those seeking to hold the worlds most powerful leaders accountable for the commission of atrocity crimes.
