PIJIP Submits Comments on the Copyright Offices NOI on Copyright and Artificial Intelligence

The Program on Information Justice and Intellectual Property submitted泭 comments in response to the Copyright Offices Notice of Inquiry on Copyright and Artificial Intelligence.泭 These comments focused on a technical mapping of the model building in generative AI and an analysis泭of how these steps should be considered under current copyright law. These comments drew on research and analysis from PIJIP's conference Mapping Copyright's Application to Generative AI.泭
