51³Ô¹Ï ConnectsÌýFacilitatorsÌýare alsoÌýavailable to assist your team withÌýcritical dialogues that promote open conversations about difference, create space to share stories and build community, and build a more inclusive work environment.

As the 51³Ô¹Ï community, it is crucial that we faceÌýissues and conversations together with the goals of decreasing our fear of difference and increasing our understanding of ourselves and others to build empathy.
